By accessing or using SocialVideoGenerator.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SocialVideoGenerator provides an AI-powered platform for creating social media video advertisements. The Service allows users to combine video clips, text overlays, and audio to generate MP4 files for use on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Video allowances reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. Stock footage provided via Pexels is subject to the Pexels License. Videos you generate using the Service are yours to use commercially. You may not use the Service to create illegal, defamatory, or harmful content. You may not reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. We do not permanently store your video content. Account data (email, plan status) is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
