We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect usage data (videos generated, plan status, login timestamps) to operate the Service. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, send account-related emails (receipts, plan changes), and communicate important updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not serve advertising.
Account data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption. Uploaded video and audio files are stored temporarily on our server and automatically deleted after 24 hours. Generated videos are processed in your browser and never stored on our servers permanently.
We use Firebase authentication cookies strictly to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics beyond basic session data needed to operate the service.
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Pexels (stock footage delivery), Anthropic Claude (AI hook generation). We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for details on their data practices.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and object to processing. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymised usage statistics. All personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
